What's the time frame for the conversion to VIB status? I made a purchase inside a JC Penny store today and while my account recognizes I shopped there, it's not recognizing what was spent and out still thinks I'm Rouge. I tried looking in FAQ but couldn't find anything about this.

Nevermind thigh... I guess it takes an overnight processing in their system. my account was updated properly this morning.

Hi, @Sew0159! The order of status goes from Beauty Insider, to VIB, to Rouge. From what you posted, you are already Rouge. You cannot go backwards at this point of the year. If you do not make your $1000 in purchases this calendar year, you will drop down to VIB on January 1st, 2018. I hope that helps!

Just make sure that you get your points from your JC Penny purchase 😄
