Confused about gosleigh bags. Only 1 per customer?

Much earlier this morning, I purchased enough dollar amount to be able to receive one of these GoSleigh gift bags. Yay! 

But later on, when I realized there were other items on sale that I hadn’t seen, and it happened to go above the $85 price necessary to get one of these bags, I was excited at the prospect of getting another one—they make great stocking stuffers and help turn others, especially the younger generations, onto both the products and onto Sephora itself, therefore getting a whole new class of customers. But, but, but…it tells me it’s now invalid because I got one gift bag on a previous purchase.HUH!?


And yet when you read all the fine details on how you can and cannot get a bag, nowhere does it state that it is only one per customer. There are all kinds of rules on where you can get it and how you can get it, but the only rule that comes down to right here on the website is that you cannot receive more than one per TRANSACTION
, and there’s not a peep about per CUSTOMER. That designation is NEVER listed!.

 

So why am I being held back from getting another one? When the amount I’m spending is no different than any other Jane Doe who may come waltzing on into the website and purchasing enough to qualify for the gift bag and subsequently will get it. Then it just doesn’t make any logical sense to me why I’m being left out after that first purchase, despite it not listed as a disqualifier, and now I’m angry and therefore, I’m not going to spend the 90+ something dollars I had planned on spending. You guys lose out over something you likely got for free, and then in the end, you’re shooting yourselves in your own feet! It genuinely just doesn’t make any logical or rational sense! Not a lick of sense!


So, where is this designation? I certainly cannot find it. Thank you!

Hi @Catherine624 On our Beauty Offers page, part of the fine print lists:

 

"*Free with minimum merchandise purchase as stated above. Valid while supplies last. Quantities are limited. One per client."

 

I'm sorry the Cyber Week bags are only one per client!
