Cologne Bottle Leaking

Has anyone had any issues with the Giorgio Armani Absolute Cologne bottle leaking? I purchased a bottle for my husband before our wedding and he packed it in his travel bag and there was a significant amount of it was already gone since he had first opened it. We thought maybe he left the cap unscrewed or something but now the whole bottle is practically gone and it's leaked all over his travel bag.
