Clarisonic not working, can I exchange?

I purchased a Clarisonic some time ago (over one year) & I no longer have the receipt or the box. My Clarisonic no longer charges and, as a result, the brush no longer spins/rotates. I love the way Clarisonic works for my skin but now that it is broken, I am not sure what to do. Will Sephora allow me to exchange it for another Clarisonic if I do hot have a receipt or box? Thanks in advance.

You can try to contact Clarisonic directly for more information on their warranty and if your brush can be replaced, but if you do not have the box or receipt it will be up to store discretion whether or not they take back your Clarisonic. Unfortunately we will be unable to exchange or process a return for you online but you can call your local store to speak with a cast member.
