Charlotte Tilbury mini lipstick (set with liner) came broken, because lipstick pops out?

 The lipstick bullet literally came like this 😞 my first Charlotte Tilbury so I was hoping a lot. I am sad to not have the experience of using it. The lipstick was stuck inside the cap. Can I get a refund or something? Please let me know 😞
