Charged twice!!

Hi, I recently made a purchase on September 2 and I am being charged twice. Can someone please help

Did this ever get resolved? I have the same response - looking into it and sending a PM - that got nowhere. It was just more of the same.

 

I'm so disappointed in this company. I had no idea that this was their approach to valid customer concerns.
