Charged twice for the same order

Hello, I purchased an order for $126.56 and I got an email my order was confirmed. That was in august 9th, this morning on august 11th I got charged another $95.89 once the order was shipped. I got charged twice for the same order. Is there anyway you can refund me the $95.89? It said that my order was partially shipped, so the $21.89 shipped without charging me again but when the $95.89 shipped it charged me again.
