Charged my card but my order was not placed

I just tried to place an order and when I entered my debit card information it said there was an error and then I tried again and re entered it and tried to place the order but it still said error and then I check my back and there is a $87.36 charge, but no order confirmation and it still says I have those two items in my account I am so confused can someone please help me out
