Charged for an out of stock item. No refund?

Hello,

 

I was charged for 3 products to pick up in my store, yet only 2 of the items were in stock. The order has processed and is ready to pick up at my local store for the two items, but the third item was cancelled.

 

Will I receive a refund for the third item as I have been charged for all 3?
