Charged 4 times

Hello!

 

I was recently trying to make an online order on your page. However, the order page kept telling me to go back and verify my information. I realized that I got a message saying that my credit card has already been used for this order without actually verifying that my order was complete. I then checked my credit card statement to see that I had 4 pending transactions from Sephora. However, I received no confirmation email nor a note saying my payment went through. 

Can I get clarification on whether I will get charged 4 times? If so, I would like a refund for all of those transactions. Thank you very much.
