Change order address

I tried modifying my order as soon as I placed it since it has an incorrect address and the moment I realized that there was no person to answer the hotline or an online option I sent a message to customer support. The response was automated and told me that it was impossible to make a change at that time. Keep in mind that there was only 13 minutes between the exact moment I placed my order and Sephora's answer to my inquiry. Is that correct? What was I supposed to do immediately after placing a $200 order with the wrong address?
