Caused hair falling out...Refund with out reciept

I purchased olaplex 0,3, and I think 6 in March. After using a couple times my hair has been breaking and falling out. I am extremely sad about what has happened to my hair, I have since stopped using all products in fear of further damage. What are my options? Can I return all of the items without receipt? At this point I wouldn't care if it was store credit. Please help me,  I don't know what to do and how to fix my hair.

I'm sorry to hear the items you purchased aren't working out for you! If you would like to view our return/exchange policy, please visit or you may contact your local Sephora store for more details. Please note, we are able to accept gently used items, within our return policy timeframe. Additionally, if you no longer have the receipt, the store may be able to locate the transaction in their system with your BI account or debit/credit card used.
