Caudalie sample set

Hello!

Anyone who experienced the same? Or did I miss something?

The caudalie serum that was one of their free offers with every $35 purchase the previous days was a 7- sample set right? I'm confused cos I received only 1 out of the 7, and I'm about to receive other incoming orders with Caudalie serum and I'm afraid I'll be receiving 1 again.

Please help.

Same. In fact this happens more than it should. If I’m spending a certain amount (let’s face it, usually more) to receive a certain promotion it’s incredibly frustrating  and disappointing to find the product is missing or in this case the set of 7 has six missing. 

Honestly this happened last time and 25 points is like a slap in the face topped with a feeling of being ripped off each time I shop at Sephora. Just a little bit here and a little there, not enough to really say anything. 

Is Sephora practicing false advertising or bait  and switch hoping that it will go unnoticed? Is there a possibility that the idea of being caught is almost zero percent? Maybe this is a stretch however I have a tendency to see who else may have had the same experience, what are the odds? I wish I could say that these things only happen to me but the truth is, that has never been the case. Also I have never been offered a replacement, ever!

What’s going on with the distribution center in Vegas? I find it hard to believe the people in the shipping department haven’t noticed an abundance of little pink containers especially since the promo has ended as far as I can tell. I would really appreciate the other 6 of my set of 7. Is this possible?
