Cash refund for in store debit card purchase

I recently bought a few products that I want to return cuz of oxidization. I bought in store w my debit card but I don’t want to wait for the money to be refunded to my bank account. If I go back to the same store, with my receipt & debit card used for original purchase, is it possible to get a cash refund?

I don’t think so. I believe they’ve to put it back on your debit card.
