Cant find my account by phone number

Hi! I am having the same issue. Made a purchase in store using my phone number and had a customer receipt emailed to me, but I didn’t get the email so I’m not sure which one is linked.

Hello, I am also having the same issue. I always do in store purchases and give my phone number but I realized that it’s not the same as my app or it isn’t linked to my email because my purchases or points don’t match.
