Cancelled Order

Apparently, the Sephora website is having trouble with orders being canceled for no apparent reason. When I checked the 'canceled orders' thread, there were several recent additions with similar problems to mine.

I had this happen in July, and the IT support fixed it. Now they are giving me a massive runaround, telling me I have to call to make orders. I have a Sephora card in good standing, and I make orders once or twice a month. But, apparently, they can't figure out how to let me make orders on the website anymore. Which seems pretty basic. 

IT can't be bothered to check into the problem. I am furious at the poor customer service. Oh, and BOTH times my order was canceled, the product was no longer available when I tried to reorder. Coincidence? I don't know. Is Sephora just canceling orders when they've oversold? Except now, I can't order *anything.*

I love Sephora, I really do. I love shopping here. But I'm about to give up. It shouldn't be this hard to spend money. I call the help line and they send to IT and IT shrugs their shoulders. I don't know what other options I have?
