Cancelled Order but points used to redeem rewards

Hi!

I placed an order earlier and noticed that I forgot to add samples so I cancelled it immediately. I had redeemed 2600 points for two rewards though (a Tatcha item worth 100 points and a $100 rouge reward worth 2500 points). I checked my account but the points were not refunded yet up to now. I emailed CS but it seemed they didn’t understand my concern and unknowingly said I won’t get the points back?? But I read here that you will actually receive your points back for cancelled orders.

Can someone please help? I literally want to cry right now because 2600 points is no joke & I feel like I’m being robbed 😞
