Canceling Order with Birthday Gift

Hello! 

 

I just canceled an order without realizing that the VIB/Rouge Birthday gift was included in that order. It looks like I don't have the ability to add any of the gifts to my cart. Do you know if there is a certain amount of time I'll need to wait in order to be able to add the item? Just want to make sure I'm not going to miss out.
