Canceled order, can’t reuse promo?

Hi, I canceled an order because of the outdated payment info. It went through and shows as canceled. I wanted to immediately replace the order with the newest payment information, but it won’t let me use the promo because it says I already did it .... the sale ends tomorrow .... when will I be able to replace / do a reorder with the WelcomeBack promo?

I just wanted to give an update: I tried a second time a few minutes later and it went through successfully with the promo code. So please disregard the original post now.
