Canadian customers not receiving emails?

Hi, several of my friends and I have stopped receiving Sephora promotional emails  since last year. We are all subscribed to them and no they do not go into our junk mail. Could someone please check this out? We keep missing out on promotions beceause of it. We are all Canadian customers if that makes a difference.

I am also not receiving any Sephora emails and it says I am subscribed to receive emails (I am a Canadian customer as well). Please advise..

If a Beauty Advisor can look into my account as well.. that would be great. I haven't received ANY VIB emails in a very long time...
