Canadian Postal Code Not Valid

Hello to anyone,

I'm having a problem with entering a new shipping address. Every time I enter my postal code, it says to "Please enter a valid zip code". I read some of the recommendations to erase my browser cache and cookies and then to restart my browser. I tried checking out on other devices as well. That's all I think I could think of to do. I would like some help on this.
