Canadian Order - Broken Tracking Link

Hi there, I've done a bit of reading and understand that for some reason Canadian orders cannot access the tracking information via the tracking numbers you give us for our orders.

I ordered January 8, 2013 and received an email on January 9, 2013 that my order has been shipped. My order number is: 2206980831.

Can someone please help me find out if my order is still being processed at your border facility or if it is now with Canada Post?

I can help you out. 🙂  Your order was delivered to our Border Facility on Thursday Jan 10th and will ship out shortly with Canada Post. Once that is completed you will be notified with another email that has your CA Post tracking # so you can locate your order in more detail. I hope this helps!
