37.2 BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. And they can’t figure out a way to serve their Canadian customers? How easy is it to switch shipping companies, every single other place has done it but Sephora doesn’t? 

I live in rural Alberta and have no access to a store. And I’m just shocked that Sephora decided to abandon all their Canadian customers when there was a solution. 

this isn’t a mom and pops store that can’t afford to get a private shipping company involved. This is a massive enterprise that has all the resources to find a solution, but chooses not to because they couldn’t care less about their customers.

Honestly… boycott Sephora. Cancelled.
