Can’t see my reviews

Hi! 
I submitted two reviews for Clarins Extra-Firming & Smoothing Night Moisturizer 1.6 oz/50 mL  and Clarins Extra-Firming & Smoothing Day Moisturizer with SPF 15 1.7 oz/ 50 mL but they are not posted. 
I’d appreciate it if you could help me with this. I also wanted to ask if this has anything to do with the reviews being incentivized because this keeps happening.
