Can’t redeem birthday gift

1. Hi my birthday was over the weekend, I was waiting until I got payed to redeem my little gift and put it in my cart, today my carts been emptied and it won’t let me re add the gift? 
   I thought maybe I missed my time slot to add it but it says that I have a week or two before and after to redeem

Same thing happened to me. I added my items again but the birthday gift is greyed out and I can’t add it
