Can't post review for YSL Lip Oil Stick

I tried to post a review a couple of days ago for this product  Yves Saint Laurent YSL Loveshine Lip Oil Stick  and the submission was accepted but I never saw the review showing up under the product. Now when I try to submit a review, I keep getting "An error occurred during the submission process, please retry at a later time." I've tried different browser, I tried on the app, and no luck.
