Can’t get my $446.73 back!?!?!

I placed an order on 11/5. Yes, I did get an email confirming my order and that there might be a 2-3 day delay due to volume. As if today (11/17), the order is still “being processed.” I have called customer service THREE times. The first agent told me I would receive my order by 11/25 which is unacceptable. The second agent told me that an internal email said that all orders placed on 11/5 would be delivered by 11/16. When that didn’t happen, I called a third time. No one knows why my order says “being processed,” and now I’m being told that “it can’t be canceled because the order is “being processed.” IT’S “BEING PROCESSED” FOR 12 DAYS. CANCEL THE ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY. Please. This is ridiculous.
