Can’t add reward bazar

I can’t add the reward, I have the points, I have more than 30 dollars in my basket, and I can’t add, always appear “One of provided SKU is wrong or can’t be found”.Already did all the things, differents devices

I either reach out by phone or use the online chat feature if it's available. Have you tried reaching out to Customer Service for assistance?
