Can’t add reward bazaar

Help - can’t add reward bazaar item. I have enough points but “add” button is greyed out.

@hevinleighjewel Sorry to hear that! If you are in US, please try switching to the Sephora Canada side of the app, then back to the US side. This may help refresh your basket. 
To do this, click your name/photo icon near the bottom center of the screen. Scroll down to App Settings, then select Canada. Then, please switch it back to US. Please also make sure you have $25 or more in merchandise in your basket before attempting to add any rewards. Please let us know if this works for you. Thank you!

@rewardbazaar Please add merchandise to your basket then try adding the 100 or 250 point reward to your basket. If you're still having trouble, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat prior to submitting your order so we can make sure it is included. Please note that rewards are available while supplies last.
