Can’t activate my $100 rouge reward

I've tried to activate my $100 rouge reward but after clicked the link the page didn’t load. It was completely blank. Then I tried to clear the cookies and cache, change to another browser, but it still doesn’t work. The reward is about to expire tomorrow. Can someone help me?
