Canโ€™t Return Item

Hello! 

I purchased a few things recently, and two of the items are just not for me. I tried to process a refund through mail return because I live somewhere with no Sephora, but it says it canโ€™t find my online order. I purchased in store but looking to return from home. Any idea how to get a shipping label?

I'm sorry for the trouble! Please sign into your account and navigate to your recent orders. Please click the View Details button for the order you'd like to return. Then scroll down to the button that says "Start a return." I'll send you a message shortly to follow up. Thank you!

It is not showing under recent orders online, I purchased in store. I only have an email receipt.

@linneajericho Unfortunately, we aren't able to accept store returns by mail. You would need to return it to the store.

@linneajericho , if you purchased in store then you canโ€™t return it by mail. Only online orders can be returned by this method. You will need to return in store in under 30 days with receipt to get a refund and 31-60 days for store credit.

Well that seems a bit ridiculous considering I live in a town with no Sephora, so I am expected to pay my productsโ€™ worth in gas to drive to return it?? 

Is there any way you can escalate this for an exception? I will not be purchasing in store again.
