Can't Cancel Same-Day Unlimited Delivery Free Trial Before Being Charged

Help! I'm trying to cancel my free trial of the same-day unlimited delivery subscription before being charged for it tomorrow (Dec 24, 2023). Every time I try to cancel or update my payment info I get an error message that states "Unable to make changes Your order is processing. You may make changes to your subscription after your current order has processed. Typically in a few hours." The thing is, I don't have any orders currently processing so I'm not sure why I'm getting this message. Is there any way I can cancel this without having to notify my credit card company to block the charge?
