Can no longer see my reviews…


I was wondering why I can no longer see my reviews , neither on the Sephora app or the browser.  I’ve posted over 50 reviews altogether and they used to show up in my profile (app & browser) but as if a few months ago, there is no link to them anywhere…

@Nikatron The removal of the Ratings & Reviews summary page on your Community profile is something that we are aware of and is the unintended result of some Ratings & Reviews and Questions & Answers improvements Sephora has been making behind the scenes. We are working on a better user experience for accessing and viewing reviews you’ve written from your profile page. All your approved reviews are still accessible from product pages on We apologize for the inconvenience of no longer having a summary page, and we hope to be able to bring it back soon.

@keelybt Thank you for your reply.  I don’t really see how this is an improvement though.  Hopefully, as you said, this will be changed in the future…
