Yes! If your local store is currently open, you can return it in-store within 30 days for a refund. You can exchange it or return for store merchandise credit within 31-60 days. If the online order had PayPal as the payment method, the return would be processed as a gift card (if returned in 30 days) or store merchandise credit (if returned in 60 days). I was just told in a JCP Sephora store I could NOT return my products without the shipping slip.  Of course I did not have that.  Is that true?  I’ve been Rouge for over 10 years and this is literally the first time I’ve ever tried to return something.
