Can I redeem points for an international purchase?

I purchased some products abroad recently, they would not scan my VIB card since they said it was not the same. I kept the receipt, can I be credited the points of the purchase into my VIB account?

Hi @leseyes The Beauty Insider program is only valid in the US and Canada, so we aren't able to add points if the purchase was not made in one of those countries.
