Broken seals on Bliss 500 point prize

I redeemed 500 points for the Bliss prize on one of my recent orders.  I just opened the containers to make sure they were sealed, after hearing others had issues with it.  

My triple energizing cream wasn't sealed, and went spilling out everywhere.  I am not sure whether or not the cream is supposed to be sealed, but everything else in the kit was.  The foaming face wash has a completely broken foil seal, but the product seems to be intact or with minimal loss (not sure how sanitary though).  I wish I could have a brand-new, sealed wash, since that is what I redeemed my points for- not one with a broken seal.

 I have never had issues with a prize, so I'm not sure how we can resolve this.  Thanks

Hi Hleighj.  I'm sorry to hear that!  I haven't about this issue with the Bliss 500 point perk. I'm not sure if the cream should have a seal on it, but I can check.  I will send you a message to help.
