Broken anastasia

I’ve been buying Anastasia brow wiz for years and know it can be delicate but this time I bought around end of November and took much longer to arrive (im assuming because of Black Friday). But when it arrived the pencil inside was all shattered and when I took the lid off to use it it was all Over the ground. I emailed customer support because I live in Lethbridge where we do not have a Sephora so I cannot go return it and no one has answered me. Really disappointed in this brand which I have been using happily for years
