Broken Product Return

Hello , I ordered the color pop super shock highlighter trio upc : 0192250000081

as a gift. One of the highlighters is broken and I’m super dissapointed this is the first colorpop product I’ve ever bought. I was wondering how I can return the one that’s broken and keep the other two so that at least part of her gift is here?????
