Broken Eyeshadow pallet

Received a broken Marc Jacobs pallet in the mail today. This particular pallet isn't listed on the site anymore, so I don't know what to do about getting a replacement. I'm super disappointed because I love the color story so much, but the second shade is almost unusable...
