Bright Ideas and The Lounge: Where did the subject Sub Topics go?

Seeing this everytime I directly click on Bright Ideas or The Lounge (also missing the Q&A).  In order to see the topics in these catagories, this is the link displaying them properly:  http://community.sephora.com/ .  Hope this helps whoever or the team that works on the webpage.

Tried on both Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.  Same display.

The same thing has been happening with me.  I'm using the latest version of Internet Explorer.

@katiemae:  Still appearing the way as shown in the cropped screenshot.  Could be one missing thing from a line of code (those are so annoying).  Gotta love web design (those in that career have more patience than I do).
