Birthday

Hi, I was trying to make an order and use my birthday gift, but I see my birthday is in wrong (January 1) and it’s actually January 8.

I don’t see the option to use my bday gift?

Hi @LeslieDBA,

 

I'm sorry for the confusion! You must redeem the birthday gift during your birthday month or within 2 weeks of your birthday. Since it's now February you won't be able to add the gift to your order. I'm happy to help and I'll send you a message.
