Birthday sku error message

I keep getting and SKU error message when trying to add my birthday gift and the VIB birthday gift to my cart.

If it's currently your birthday month, please add the gift to your basket from your Beauty Insider Summary page: https://www.sephora.com/profile/BeautyInsider 

Or, from your checkout screen, please click the "Rewards" section and add the gift from there. A merchandise purchase is required to redeem the gift online. If you need any further assistance please let us know. Thank you!

I’m having the same problem. I wouldn’t need to call sephora if I have the app already which is very frustrating
