Birthday gift

Hi, my birthday was 15days ago and i couldn't make it to the store, tried to place an order and added my birthday gift to it but it's not going through. Can you please help?

I'm sorry for the trouble! You would only be able to add the gift to your order during your birthday month or within 2 weeks of your birthday. We will be happy to assist you with this by phone.
