Birthday gift not redeemable

Every time I’ve tried to add my birthday gift (with stuff in my cart) the “add to basket” is greyed out and I can’t redeem my gift! It’s been unavailable all year 😞

You can only add the birthday gift to your order during your birthday month, or within 2 weeks of your birthday. I'm happy to check on this and I'll send you a message shortly.
