Birthday gift 2023 disable

Hello,

 

My birthday is on Feb 17th, I was just clicking Birthday gift section to see, what Sephora is offering this year. When I click that portion, it says please try again later, it wonโ€™t even let me see the products for BD gifts. Can you tell me why I donโ€™t have access to this yet?
