Birthday Reward?

Anyone else having trouble redeeming your birthday gift online??  It’s showing “click to redeem” and then takes me to the Deluxe Sample choices none of which or the bday choices.   I’ve tried app/desktop and still no success??

Me too! In fact, someone hijacked a birthday reward on my account back in June! Don’t know how thy happened as my birthday is in  December and we Dec babies know how impossible it is to contact any kind of support at this time of year. That’s why we are so patient, ask and wait...that’s what I am doing and hopefully someone will respond to my email to Customer support.
