Beauty points expired

I realized my beauty insider points expired and I contacted customer service to see what they could do. Unfortunately I was not shopping for a while due to Covid and other personal issues. The rep reinstated 100 out of my original 1234 points as too much time had passed. Although I am thankful for at least that, it’s just unfortunate and frustrating that you spend so many years shopping and accumulating points but it’s gone in an instant and the company wouldn’t even budge to make a customer happy, especially since the points were actually earned. It really does make me feel helpless and reluctant to shop any further.

Hi the same thing happened to me, why wasn’t there a notice sent to say the points would be expiring soon. I accumulated those over years and was saving them; 1100+ points down the drain. That was not cool of Sephora🙅🏽‍♀️
