Beauty offers aren’t working

Hi,

When I apply the promo codes to my order it says there is an error, or when I go to the beauty offers page, apply the code and then go to my cart to checkout they disappear. This is happening with all the codes, although the only code that I can get to work part of the time is FREESHIP. The codes seem to work when I am not logged in to my account, but when I am logged in it won’t work. If anybody has any advice or information on what I can do, it would a huge help.
