So basically tried to redeem by 20% off one time use coupon online for the promotion y’all are having, but it’s telling me that it has already been used. I never used it, last time I bought something at Sephora was 11/23, long before the promotion even started. I checked my recent purchases and it’s showing me that someone used my account multiple times without my knowledge. It says 12/05 I returned and bought something, never did that, never went to that store that day. I was wondering what to do in order to fix this considering they must know my email or my phone number.
