How can I link my beauty insider card that I use in store with my online account so my points all go together?

From my understanding, they are already together. As long as you have the same email on both the account and BI card, your points should combine together. At times, they ask for my email rather than my card when I'm in store and I've had no problems with my points. If your points haven't been matching up, try changing your email info online to match the email on your BI card if they are different. There could be a possibility that you've made a second account accidentally, (I made that mistake when BI first came out). If you only have one account under one email, you should be in the clear.
